High Court orders state to produce Mundubile, Makebi Zulu and 16 others for bail hearing

The Lusaka High Court ordered the State to bring opposition leaders Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu, along with 16 other accused persons, before court on Thursday for a constitutional bail hearing after they were not produced as expected. The judge also warned that if they are not brought again, the officer in charge of the prison where they are held must appear and explain why.
