Neighbour bulldozes next door’s backyard, triggering flooding

A Queensland landholder allegedly used a contractor to dig up soil from a neighbour’s yard without permission to fill a ditch on her own property, leaving the adjoining land altered and contributing to flooding concerns. The matter was heard in the Queensland Planning and Environment Court.
