Court grants joint motion dismissing Piki Lopez contempt petition

A Mandaluyong court granted a joint motion to dismiss with prejudice an indirect contempt petition filed by Lopez Holdings Corp. chairman Federico “Piki” Lopez against several directors and corporate officers over his removal as president of Lopez Inc. The court order was dated 26 October, and the company disclosed the dismissal on Wednesday.
