ODPP says Nairobi County never forwarded inquiry file on Eastleigh building collapse

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions says Nairobi County never forwarded an inquiry file on the Eastleigh building for prosecutorial review, saying no file concerning possible wrongdoing by the developer, construction professionals or county officials has been received.
