Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine is ready to take part in trilateral negotiations with the United States and Russia, and that the talks should produce concrete results. He said discussions with US officials in Oslo covered air defense shortages, Starlink and Starshield restrictions, and intelligence sharing. Zelenskyy said issues related to satellite communications and intelligence cooperation had been resolved, while deliveries of Patriot air defense missiles remained slow. He added that security guarantees for Ukraine cannot be imposed by outside parties and rejected any discussion of reducing Ukraine’s armed forces or declaring neutrality, saying territorial issues can be addressed only at the leaders’ level.
