Trump says US will not strike Iran on Sunday

President Donald Trump said on Sunday that the United States would not carry out a military strike on Iran that day, although he did not rule out later action. The reports also say Trump had previously suggested a strike remained possible while leaving open the chance of a deal with Tehran. The story comes amid regional tensions and ahead of Israel’s October 27 election.
