Vietnam reference exchange rate rises by 6 VND on October 27

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,633 VND/USD on October 27, up 6 VND from the previous session. The commercial bank trading band implied a ceiling of 26,915 VND/USD and a floor of 24,351 VND/USD, while major banks also raised their opening rates.
