Trump calls for prosecution of Alaska Senate candidate over spoiler-candidate controversy

President Donald Trump called for the criminal prosecution of Democratic Alaska Senate candidate Mary Peltola after reporting that her campaign may have been involved in recruiting a spoiler candidate with the same name as Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan. Trump said Peltola and the other Sullivan should face legal and political consequences, while Sen. Sullivan urged Peltola to “come clean.”
