Mahama urges peace and renewed talks on Russia-Ukraine war at Russia-Africa Forum

President John Dramani Mahama called for an end to wars around the world and urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to pursue lasting peace in Ukraine. At the Russia-Africa Forum in Moscow, Mahama also welcomed Putin’s willingness to resume trilateral talks and said Ghana supports an amicable resolution of conflicts and greater international cooperation against terrorism.
