England forward Toney to stand trial over alleged assault in June 2028

England forward Ivan Toney appeared in Southwark Crown Court, pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and was released on unconditional bail ahead of a provisional trial date set for June 12, 2028. He is accused of headbutting and punching Saber Da Silva at a Soho club last December.
