CPC plenum adopts resolution on full, rigorous Party self-governance; Xi played key role in drafting

China’s Communist Party concluded its fifth plenary session in Beijing and adopted a resolution on continuing full and rigorous Party self-governance. The session was chaired by the Political Bureau, with Xi Jinping delivering an address, presenting a work report, and giving explanatory remarks on the draft resolution. One report also says Xi played a key role in drafting the resolution.
