Commonwealth Secretary-General Shirley Botchwey arrives in Antigua and Barbuda ahead of CHOGM 2026

Commonwealth Secretary-General Shirley Botchwey arrived in Antigua and Barbuda ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting scheduled for Nov. 1-4, 2026. She said it will be her first CHOGM as secretary-general and expressed interest in boosting trade among Commonwealth countries, including a target of US$2 trillion.
